The challenge

The client, an engineering services operator, managed critical processes in a highly fragmented way. The recruitment area received resumes through multiple channels (email, messaging, job portals) and sorted them into outdated spreadsheets. Meanwhile, the legal department investigated workplace accidents using shared folders that traveled via email between three firms. This caused duplicate candidate profiles, manual data transcription, untracked rejection reasons, and zero visibility into the status of legal cases, relying entirely on the analysts' memory.

The solution

We developed two web modules embedded in the client's corporate platform, supported by a domain interface and a single database. The recruitment module receives, extracts, and automatically scores candidates against each vacancy; while the legal module absorbs accident files, audits them against a checklist, and moves them through an approval chain. Both modules operate under the same 11 centralized permissions and without altering the source documents, guaranteeing an intact chain of custody.

Total centralization of recruitment and legal management operations, where every decision is logged with its author, date, and backing document.

What we built

• A recruitment module with an omnichannel inbox (8 channels), structured resume extraction, and entry history.
• A vacancy board with six states, a candidate-vacancy affinity engine, and side-by-side comparison.
• A legal module synchronized with the field document repository, generating factual records extracted from official forms.
• Governance for three approval levels (signatures) with closing PDF reports and server-resolved turn assignment.
• Case file cataloging and indexing with exact-text and semantic search, supported by document tools.
• A single database featuring 61 entities, soft deletes, and identity delegated to the client's corporate platform.
