All technical, operational, commercial, or financial information shared by the client will be handled under strict confidentiality (whether under an implicit or explicit Non-Disclosure Agreement - NDA).

4. Limitation of Liability and Jurisdiction

Although we apply agile methodologies and rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) controls, the client acknowledges that digital infrastructures are inherently subject to external factors (such as third-party services, server updates, or cyberattacks).
