The challenge

As digital services expand across the gaming and betting sector, information has to flow between an ever-wider set of platforms. When every system requires its own point-to-point integration, the architecture becomes harder to maintain, scale, and evolve. Gana Gana set out to solve this with an AI-driven information and sales system for permanent betting, built to centralize operational data, connect platforms, and unlock new capabilities in customer service, analytics, and personalization.

The solution

The solution is built around a middleware layer that serves as the central connection point between the company's data sources and services such as virtual assistants, management systems, analytics tools, and digital channels. This hub decouples applications from one another: each new tool consumes information from a shared layer instead of building its own integration. With this architecture, data on games, draw results, betting history, player profiles, and player behavior can be structured and distributed across services, on a foundation designed to grow with the operation.

The result

A single communication point between data, systems, and digital services, reducing the need to maintain standalone integrations.

What we built

  • An information management middleware at the core of the ecosystem, able to handle queries and large data volumes before distributing them.
  • RESTful APIs that expose historical data, results, user profiles, and commercial data to other platforms.
  • A virtual assistant using natural language processing and machine learning to answer questions about results and game mechanics, guide interactions, and personalize responses, with digital channels such as WhatsApp.
  • A CRM component for managing player profiles, settings, assistant behavior, communication templates, and player activity, plus a help desk for tracking incidents.
  • Automated notifications triggered by defined events: results, promotions, upcoming games, and other relevant communications.
  • Business intelligence dashboards in Power BI covering sales, user behavior, game performance, promotion impact, player segmentation, and projections based on historical data.

Impact and results

  • A single communication point between data, systems, and digital services, reducing the need to maintain standalone integrations.
  • A modular architecture that accepts new channels, applications, and services without redesigning the ecosystem.
  • More structured use of data through business intelligence, segmentation, and behavioral analysis.
  • More personalized digital experiences for players through intelligent assistants, automation, and communications driven by centralized data.
